INGREDIENTS
- 100gm of organic oats
- 1 cup of organic oat milk or any nut milk
- 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds
- cinnamon (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- place the oats in a bowl
- stir in the mixed nuts
- cover with milk
- place in the fridge over night
- cover with your favouite fruit. You can sprinkle with cinnamon if you like.

You can add any nuts, berries, seeds, raisins or spices to your mixture. The consistency the next morning should be thick.
