Soak small cup of chai seeds for an hour in home made oat milk. When they are gelatinous stir to loosen. You may want to add more oat milk at this stage. Add your favourite berries and tablespoon of ground mixed seeds.
To make the oat milk:
- 2 tlbs organic oats
- Pint of filtered water
- Pinch of salt
- Squeeze of agave syrup
Place oats in a blender with pint of water. Add pinch of salt and a squeeze of agave syrup. Whizz up for a couple of seconds. Blending too long makes the milk gluey!
Strain the milk in a sieve a few times discarding the oats.
Place in a bottle in the fridge. Use within 2 days.
